The Ed (Schultz) Show 9/3/2010 (‘March with us for jobs, economic justice and quality education’)

That`s all coming up. But this is the story that has me fired up first tonight.

Glenn Beck and I have had this war of words all week long over this so-called Restoring Honor rally in Washington. Now, I don`t think he restored any honor to this nation with his preachy, phony, self-centered sermon about bringing the country back to God.

MSNBC Hardball 9/1/2010(Matthews:”The unemployed vote Democrat, play up that strength Dems")

MATTHEWS: And “Let Me Finish” tonight with some advice on Democrats how they can deny Republicans all-out victory this November. If the Republicans want to roll up the score, they`re on the right path. Energized by the Tea Party grassroots, driven by a nasty economy and by a ferocious propaganda campaign that paints the Democrat in the White House as a terrorist sympathizer, they can just keep doing what they`re doing. Democrats have a tougher task. How to win when things are so darn bad? Well, the smart, tough, hard-nosed strategy is to play to your strengths. Democrats have always...

Chris Matthews: Pluperfect Idiot

Almost lost in the ludicrous exchange in which 3 pro-abortion fanatics who consider gay marriage to be the next big battle against bigotry defending the Catholic Church against Glenn Beck, was this outburst from Chrissy “Tingly Leg” Matthews– which was embarrassing, even by his low standard. If he keeps this up, he won’t even be a useful idiot for the Left anymore: MATTHEWS: This guy, Barack Obama—not to get too basic about it -did everything right. He studied hard in school. He obeyed the law. He raised a family. He took care of his family. He was an excellent student....

Who are the Biggest Islamo-Fascist Apologists in America?

Mohammedanism is referred to as a religion. “Religion” in the mind of most people denotes a private spiritual discipline, a morality shared with a surrounding community, and in the biblical cultures, a personal relation with God. And Islam certainly does include a religion among its doctrines. However Islam (an arabic word meaning submission) is more than only a religion. As understood and practiced in Arabia, Iran, parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan and many other places, it is a total system of life, governing the details of domestic life, government, jurisprudence the lot — from the nation’s policies to the courts...

Teleprompter Tingle is Gone for Chris Matthews

But the Obama bromance tingle still remains. From Useful Info Nation Video Politics: The MSNBC host who served time helping Jimmy Carter nearly destroy the country and who is now cheering on Obama to do the same apparently now has a problem with the most important member of Obama's team: TOTUS. On his show Tuesday August 31, 2010, Matthews declared Obama needs to "get rid of that damn teleprompter." The tingles that TOTUS, whom Matthews nicknamed "hot tottie" during the campaign, aren't enough to satisfy Matthews' insatiable appetite for Obama's platitudinous speeches any longer. Matthews has now trained himself to...

THE ED (SCHULTZ)SHOW 8/31/2010 (“Health care is getting WORSE in THIS country not better”)

ED SCHULTZ, MSNBC ANCHOR: Here`s something interesting though, and I find it interesting that this story is breaking today that we`re down here. You see, these folks are here because Washington has basically let them down. The decision-makers who had the power to decide Americans should get universal health care got richer, while the rest of the country got a lot poorer in this recession. “The Hill” newspapers has published the top 50 richest lawmakers in Washington. I think it`s gross. Look at this. Lawmakers are making millions. The top 50 were worth almost $1.4 billion in 2009 alone. Now,...

MSNBC Rachel Maddow Show 8/25/2010 (“Couldn’t WE motivate our Democratic base to vote using fear??”)

RENDELL: We Democrats are too afraid of talking about the things we believe in.... (Clip )…..Look, what worries me most about this election is the turnout factor. MADDOW: Yes. RENDELL: You saw “The Wall Street Journal” poll. Among all voters, they choose Democrats by a slight majority. But among voters who are likely to vote, it‘s 50 to 39 Republicans. So, we‘ve got to do things to get our base to come out. And that means talking about what we believe in, talking about health care. Do you know in September in Pennsylvania, Rachel, I‘m doing three press conferences: one...

Unhinged Ed Schultz Goes on Psycho Talk Promo of Failing Show

Your pink slip is on the way. That is the fear that is probably driving Ed Schultz completely over the edge. And Big Ed probably insured the likelihood of that outcome when he recently threatened to go postal and torch MSNBC when that network neglected to promote his abysmally rated show on an election night. Brian Maloney at the Radio Equalizer has recorded the Schultz dementia from his radio show as he pathetically makes the case for the "success" of his failing MSNBC Big Ed show. The full transcript is below the fold but first an excerpt from his demonic...

On Thursday’s The Ed Show on MSNBC, substitute host Cenk Uygur -- also of the Young Turks -- blamed conservative opposition to the Ground Zero mosque for acts of violence against Muslims, and charged that the Republican party is the "party of hate." He soon added: "Then there`s the vitriolic fight against immigrants, undocumented ones and in Arizona just people who happen to look undocumented. And, of course, there`s the grand daddy of all prejudice, fear and hatred stoked up against Muslims in this country.

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough Believes'Certain Networks' Would HaveTrashed Bush if He Echoed Obama's

Once again, the co-host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Joe Scarborough hinted that "certain networks," (ahem, MSNBC) hold quite the double standard between Democrats and Republicans. When the subject matter was President Obama's snub of an Iraq War question during his vacation at Martha's Vineyard – he remarked "We're buying shrimp, guys" – Scarborough pointed out that network coverage of Bush would have been far more negative. As NewsBusters reported last week, Scarborough also believes "certain networks" will "maul" Haley Barbour if he runs for President in 2012.

The people systematically trying to deny the president`s identity as a Christian born in this country. It`s really quite sleazy the way they`re doing it. They don`t have the nerve to go out and say he`s not American and he`s a secret member of another religion. As astonished MSNBC staff members fell silent, Schultz glared around the room and yelled, "[Bleep]ers!" A witness told us, "Ed was furious the network was running election-night promos and he wasn't in them. He'd been arguing on the phone with marketing, then he slammed down the phone and exploded. McConnell said: "We all have to rely on the word of (Barack Obama) -- something about as reliable as a credit default swap."
